This open shelter house is available on a first-come,f first-served basis, unless reserved.  It has 12 picnic tables, lights, electrical outlets, and grills. 

Also has a horseshoe pit and is within walking distance to an outdoor restroom. 

Location

This shelter is located near the second entrance to the park, surrounded by trees, with a large parking area.

Available 6:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.

Rental is $40.  There is also a $100 clean up deposit.  It can be reserved one year in advance by calling the Conservation office at 712-263-2748.
