Bremer County staff will give instructions on how to ice fish and what gear is recommended. Dress warm with sturdy boots. The ice can be slippery and sometimes wet on top. You may want to bring a 5 gallon bucket or small chair to sit on while you fish. License required for participants that are 16 years old or older. The Bremer County Recorder's office sells fishing licenses.
