7th ~ 33rd Annual Bald Eagle Watch ~ 9 AM—2 PM - Clinton Community College ~ Eagle Watching at Lock & Dam 13 ~ Lock & Dam 13 is located 3 miles north of Fulton, IL along Highway 84. Clinton Community College is located at 1000 Lincoln Blvd., Clinton, IA. The program is dedicated to the understanding, appreciation and protection of our national symbol. Programs will feature live birds of prey. The exhibit hall at Clinton Community College will feature exhibits, door prizes, food and drinks.
