Group Camp- Briggs Woods - 6 full hookup sites

This is a group camping area of 6 sites.  Each site has sewer, water and electric and is a pull through gravel pad.
 
  • ALL 6 sites must be paid for when reserving this area.
  • Sites are $31 per night - $186 per night for all 6
  • We have a No Refund policy.  Be sure to read the Facility Contract for details.
  •  Holiday weekends are not available for reservation. 

Briggs Woods Park offers many additional campsites (full hookup and electric) that are available first come, first serve.

EXTRA TENT: Sites allow up to 10 people per unit. We do not allow to double up sites. An extra tent can be erected on the same site as another camping unit as long as the occupants are children and under the age of 16. Please contact us if you have any further questions. Enjoy your camping 

Location

This park is located at 2490 Briggs Woods Trail, Webster City in Hamilton County, Iowa.   Located 2 miles south of highway 20, off of highway 17.

  • NO REFUND - Please understand that at the time of booking your reservation, you immediately prohibit other people from reserving & utilizing this facility - they therefore go elsewhere to locate a campsite for that date. 
  • If you need to cancel and reschedule your reservation, you must contact us 15 days in advance of your rental date. 515-832-9570 or hccb@wmtel.net
  • If you contact us under 15 days, you will forfeit 100% of your reservation and not be allowed to reschedule. 
  • If you contact us by the 15-day notice, a promotional code will be issued to use for your future online reservation.  You have one opportunity to reschedule within 12 months of the original reservation date with this code.
  • Cancellations will not be allowed for extreme temperature changes (heat/cool) or inclement weather.
  • Holiday weekends are not available for reservation.
  • Be sure to read the Facility Contract for details.
  • Only the person who made the reservation can request and change/cancellation.

  • There is a shower house and restroom just a walk away.
  • Dump station is located at the west end of the campground 
  • Firewood is available for purchase at $7/bundle during posted times.

Reservations may be made up to two years in advance.

Holidays are not available for reservation.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

  • Camping is available all year round, however, water is shut off from November 1 thru April 1. 
  • Park Hours:  5:00 am to 10:30 pm
  • Camping check-in:   4:00 pm
  • Camping check-out:  3:00 pm
  • Main gate closes at 10:30 PM. Gates are not locked.
  • All non-registered campers (visitors) shall exit the area by 10:30 PM
  • Campground quiet hours are 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM

 

Closures

NOTES ON USE OF CAMPGROUND IN "OFF-SEASON":
  • The campground may be opened prior to April 1 or closed after October 31 pending favorable weather & ground conditions.
  • Water and modern restrooms/shower facilities may be closed to prevent freezing even though the campground may remain open.
  • Online reservations will not be taken for the "off-season" period, campers will need to utilize the on-site self-registration system and pay the required fee.

OUT OF STATE FIREWOOD IS PROHIBITED.
