Carve Your Own Walking Stick



June 15, Saturday, 9:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. at Wickiup Hill



You will be assisted by a Cedar Valley Woodcarver instructor who will help you with carving the topper for your walking stick. This simple topper could be an acorn, mushroom, turtle- whatever your skill level may be with the guidance from the instructor. You can add extra decorations to the shaft as time permits or finish at home. Your walking stick will be one of a kind because you created it! Bring a sack lunch and snacks with you. Class size is limited and because of safety reasons, participants need to be 18 years or older. Registration: Call 319-892-6485 by June 5 Cost: $35 per walking stick
