Spring Fling ~ 10 AM-2 PM ~ Rock Creek ~ ¨ 10 AM there will be an Easter egg hunt for ages 1-12 in and around the Eco Center.  ¨ 11 AM Join Naturalist Jill Schmidt for a “Turtle Talk”. Get a chance to learn about and meet the different kinds of turtles that live in and around the Mississippi. ¨ 1 PM enjoy some time on the river in one of our 14 passenger voyageur canoes (weather permitting). Get a chance to experience what it was like to paddle one of these magnificent boats in the backwaters.   There will be many more things going on throughout the day including live animals, crafts and balloon art!
