Hamilton - Briggs Woods Park and Golf Course

By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older (21 years or older if you are including a keg beer permit) and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the group you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing said facilities.

Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES concerning this reservation, and have also read and understand the FACILITY CONTRACT information. 

You are reserving a facility in a Hamilton County park. ALL COUNTY PARK RULES AND STATE LAWS ARE ENFORCED. Further, if this reservation includes keg beer, you agree to comply with Section 123.47 of the Code of Iowa regarding the possession of beer by minors. Contact the us at the number listed on your reservation confirmation email if you have any questions about park rules, policies or special requests.

FAILURE TO CLEAN UP THE FACILITY OR SURROUNDING AREA AS OUTLINED, OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PARK RULES OR STATE LAWS MAY RESULT IN ENFORCEMENT ACTION and LOSS OF DEPOSIT.  Hamilton County Conservation may take any legal action necessary to recover damages to county property. 

CHECK-IN TIME:     8:00 AM                CHECK-OUT TIME:     9:00 PM 

CLEANUP:  You are required to cleanup the facility and grounds and return them to the condition you received them. Plan to have your facility cleaned and people departed prior to your scheduled checkout time.

TRASH: Hamilton County Conservation observes a Carry-in Carry-out trash policy.  Renters are required to take their trash with them.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

VISITORS:  All visitors (other than registered overnight campers) must depart the area by 10:30 PM, park closing time. 

SMOKING:  Hamilton County is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings.

  understand that at the time of booking your reservation, you immediately
  prohibit other people from reserving & utilizing this facility - they
  therefore go elsewhere to locate a campsite for that date.

  If you need to cancel and reschedule your reservation, you

  If you contact us under 15 days, you will forfeit 100% of
  your reservation and not be allowed to reschedule.  
  


• 
  If you contact us by the 15-day notice, a promotional code
  will be issued to use for your future online reservation.  You have one
  opportunity to reschedule within 12 months of the original reservation date
  with this code.
  


• 
  Cancellations will not be allowed for extreme temperature
  changes (heat/cool) or inclement weather.
