Wild and domestic bees perform 80% of the world’s pollination.
Out of the top 100 crops that we eat, 70 are pollinated by bees.
This pollination service provides 90% of the world’s nutrition, and
pollinators are in decline. Scientific studies have shown our bees
and pollinators are dying from a variety of factors; the two dominating
factors being pesticides and loss of habitat. Join us for a look
at the bees in our neighborhoods and what we can all do to help
save them. You don’t need to keep bees in order to help. Small
steps taken by many, can lead to big beneficial changes. No cost.
