This camp is for kids fascinated by fossils. During this hands-on camp, work with a real paleontologist, touch real fossils, make your own fossil casts and journey to a fossil quarry to collect your own remains of ancient plants and animals. Each child will take home their fossil discoveries. On Thursday the group will be traveling to Floyd County’s Rockford Fossil and Prairie Center. For ages 9 – 13. Registration deadline: June 15. Cost: $80 per child.
