Summer Bird Banding

Summer bird banding allows biologists to determine which bird species are currently nesting and raising young at Wickiup Hill. Bander Rob Bradley will be explaining the characteristics he looks for when deciding if a bird is brood and how old the bird is. Visitors will have close-up views of these birds. Cost: $2.50/adult, $1/child 16 and under, or $5/family.
