Invest in yourself with a nature and wellness retreat day at Jester Park.  Explore the natural healing path of Shinrin Yoku or Japanese Forest Bathing led by Dr. Suzanne Bartlett Hackenmiller, Integrative Medicine physician.

After lunch, Karen Downing, Valley High School language arts teacher will lead us through nature journaling and reflective time at the park.  Unwind, unplug, connect with others and let nature inspire you.
