Botna Bend Night Hike

Experience the sights and sounds of fall at Botna Bend after dark on Saturday, November 14th. Our adventure begins as the sun sets at 5:00 p.m. As night falls we will listen & watch for nature's changes all around us on a guided hike.
This is an easy, leisurly hike but please note this event will take place outdoors & involve pedestrian travel on uneven surfaces in low light & darkness. Flashlights will be permitted for portions of the hike but will not be in use the entire time. Strollers are not recommended. Please dress for the weather.
Cost is $5.00 per person & includes admission to the park, children 3 & under are free & do not need a reservation. This event is open to participants of all ages. Online pre-registration is required as space is limited. For questions not answered online please call 712-545-3283.
Due to COVID-19 the format of this program has been adjusted.
- 6-foot distance will be maintained between individuals/family groups
- Masks requested while inside and when distancing is impossible outside
- This program will be held primarily outdoors
- Staff will wear masks when 6-foot distance is not possible or indoors
- Maximum registration has been reduced
- Participants must sign a participation waiver upon arrival
This event is not pet friendly. Please meet at Olsen Lodge.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the program date by calling 712-545-3283 and speaking with staff directly. Cancellations received less than 1 week (7 days) in advance of the event will not be refunded. Fees for programs cancelled by PCC due to weather or other circumstances will be refunded.
