Yoga Hike at Poe Hollow Park
Ringgold County Conservation is excited to offer a series of Yoga Hikes at Poe Hollow Park, just east of Mount Ayr. Join certified yoga teacher Michelle Wilson on Saturday, June 30th from 9 – 10:30am for her signature Yoga Hike. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the trail, practice mindfulness and enjoy an all-levels yoga practice.
Meet at the Dragoon Trace Nature Center at Poe Hollow Park at 9:00 am. Bring a yoga mat, comfortable walking shoes and a water bottle. There is a registration fee of $20.00 per class. Reservation fees must be paid at least 1 week in advance of the event date – June 23rd. Other Yoga Hike dates set are July 21st, August 18th and September 15th. (Loaner mats available upon request.)
