Fun-Loving Outdoor Adventure Team (FLOAT) II teaches a variety of outdoor skills. Campers build self-confidence in camping and canoeing and spend the night exploring McFarland Park. This is outdoor play in the best way!
This overnight camp is for youth completing 5th or 6th grade in the spring of 2019. Camp begins on Thursday, June 20 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, June 21 at 9:00 a.m.
Registration begins on Saturday, April 13 at 8:00 a.m. Adding your child to the waiting list prior to April 13 will not hold a place for them. Please wait until April 13 when online registration opens.
IMPORTANT: Mandatory health forms will be sent via email to those registered along with camp details. Health forms must be returned to SCC at least one week prior to camp in order for your child to participate.To cancel a registration, please call (515) 232-2516. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received at least five business days prior to the camp.
Nature Camp t-shirts: Nature camp t-shirts are available on a pre-paid basis only; we will not be ordering extras.
