F.L.O.A.T. V Reunion Campfire

McFarland Park, Story County

Saturday, May 15, 2021

CALLING ALL PAST F.L.O.A.T. V-ers!  We want to know what you have been up to! Story County has been providing backpacking adventures to high school youth for 10 years. The memories, friendships, and experiences that are made on these trips are long lasting. However, sometimes it is fun to just get together, share stories and laughs, and remember trips of years past. We have had the privilege of leading 82 participants in this program. Spread the word to other past adventurers and we hope to see you around the fire! Please RSVP to Heather at hhucka@storycountyiowa.gov. You must have been a participant in F.L.O.A.T. V nature camp to attend

Our top priority has been and will continue to be the health and well-being of the public and the staff. In response to the ongoing development of COVID-19, Story County Conservation programs will adhere to social distancing, smaller group size, increased sanitation and face coverings mandatory when social distancing is not possible or while indoors. Pre-registration will be required when group size needs to be limited due to the facility or location.
