O.W.L.S. Program- Minnesota Avian Adventures: A Journey to the North Wood

Tama County Conservation Board is beginning a new program series called O.W.L.S.- Older, Wiser, Livelier Souls and the kick-off presentation will be held at the Tama County Nature Center located in Otter Creek Lake & Park on Wednesday, March 8th at 10:30 AM.  The presentation is called “Minnesota Avian adventures: A Journey to the North Woods”.  Guest Speaker, Matt Wetrich; Naturalist (Carroll County Conservation Board) will present on this fun program about a bus full of adventurous birders and nature lovers as they head north for frosty fun. Lots of eye-opening images and a few videos of critters from the North Woods make this event worth attending. Not to mention hearing exciting first-hand accounts and stories from their guide, Matt Wetrich. 

A soup lunch will be served after the presentation.
