Liquor Liability will also be required if alcohol will be present.
Policies and Fees
Modern restrooms close for the season November 1st and reopen April 15th.
Facility may be unavailable in season due to extreme weather conditions, maintenance, or other circumstances.
By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you representthat you are 18 years or older (21 years of age if beer or wine will be presentat your event) and that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf ofthe group you have listed. You agree to assume full responsibility for theacts, negligence or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing saidfacilities. You agree that you have read and understand the cancellationpolicy concerning this reservation, and have also read and understandthe Facility Contract information.
You are reserving a facility in a Warren County park. All countypark rules and state laws are enforced. Contact the WCCB office if you have any questions about park rules,policies or special requests.
Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area asoutlined, or failure to comply with park rules or state laws may result inenforcement action. Warren County Conservation may take any legal actionnecessary to recover damages to county property.
Allreservations are non-refundable. In order to better serve our customers in providing access to our facilities and a high quality experience we do not provide refunds for cancellations. Please call the WCCB office at (515) 961-6169 to inform us of a cancellation and WCCB staff will work with you to reschedule another available datewithin two years of your original reservation date. This is non-transferrable. Ifnotification of a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior toreservation, no credit will be issued.
The rental fee will be refunded in fullin the event of a natural disaster beyond our control.
