Overview

Let your eyes rest on 6,000 acres of Loess Hills tallgrass prairie, as you explore the northmost portions of the Loess Hills Scenic Byway. Broken Kettle Grasslands, is home to 200 bison in the summer months. Watching these beasts roam the way they roamed 200 years ago is a sight to behold. Be sure to take the Butcher Road Connection and Ridge Road loop.
