You are reserving a campsite from the Adams County Conservation Board (ACCB). All COUNTY PARK RULES and STATE LAWS are enforced. The entire rules and regulations may be found on mycountyparks.com, at the bottom of the Adams County home page in the “Related Items”. Contact the Park Office at the above location, by phone or email if you have questions concerning park rules, policies, or special requests. Park Staff have the authority to refuse rental privileges and rescind any rental permits for cause.

CAMPING RESERVATION CONTRACT:
By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you represent that you are 18 years or older (21 years or older if alcohol will be at your campsite), you will be present during your stay, and you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the camping party you have listed. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence, or omissions of your group members while utilizing said facilities.

Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand the CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICIES concerning this reservation and have also read and understand the FACILITY CONTRACT RULES information.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Should you decide to CANCEL your reservation, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you contact the Adams County Conservation Office 9641-322-4793) before 7 days of your reservation you are allowed to change the reservation dates (limited to twice). At this time, the only two situations that may allow for a refund are as follows: the National Weather Service has issued severe winter weather conditions and advised against travel or ACCB is unable to provide your campsite in operable condition for the date(s) of your event.
Campsite Contract Rules:

• Check-in/Check-out is 3:00 PM
  o The site must be occupied and all equipment set up before 10:30 pm
• Quiet hours are in effect from 10:30 pm until 6:00 am
  o Music, television, radio, conversation, generators, vehicles, or any other noise must be kept to a minimum
• One camping unit per site (one family or six persons).
  o One additional small tent for children under the age of 18 allowed on the site
  o Only on picnic table per site
• Camp only in designated campsites
• Non-registered guests and visitors must leave the campground by 10:30 pm
• Clean up your campsite – Do NOT burn trash
  o Bag all trash and dispose of it in dumpsters provided at the beginning of each park
  o Fires only in grills and fire pits provided
• Speed Limit – The campground speed limit is 10 MPH
• Parking shall be only on your site pad with at least two wheels on the gravel area (excluding boat trailers) or in the designated parking areas. No parking on or along the roadways or in the grass.
• No person shall remove, destroy or injure any animal, tree, shrub, or flower
• Pets need to maintain manners
  o Pets must be on a leash not to exceed 6’ off-site
  o Pets must be tethered or kenneled on-site
  o Bag all waste and dispose of it in dumpsters provided
  o Do not leave pets unattended
  o Pets are not allowed in restrooms/showers
• Kegs are prohibited
• Smoking is prohibited in any building

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in verbal warnings and possible removal from Park Grounds by Park Staff.

Reservations made for Timber Ridge Campground are not transferrable to Lake View Campground. First-Come, First-Serve sites can move to a different site and campground, with all upgrades being paid for at the time of the move. There is a 14-night limit at both of our Campgrounds.

Cancellation Policy

Notify the Park Office of all cancellations. If you need to cancel a reservation, you will lose 100% of all reservation fees paid. If you contact the Park Office 7 days before your reservation, you are allowed to change reservation dates (limited to twice) to a later date that works best.

Refund Policy

All reservations with the Adams County Conservation Board facilities are final. Reservations are non-refundable unless the following situations occur:

1. The National Weather Service has issued severe winter weather conditions and advised against travel.

2. We are unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your event.
