Rental Contract Agreement
By your agreement with these terms and conditions, you acknowledge thatyou are 18 years old or older (21 yearsof age if alcohol will be present at your event, no kegs permitted) andthat you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of the group you havelisted. You further agree to assume full responsibility for the acts,negligence, or omissions of the members of your group while utilizing saidfacilities. Additionally, you agree that you have read and understand thecancellation and refund policies concerning this reservation. All Benton County Conservation rules and regulations apply.
CHECK-IN TIME: After 8:00 AM on day of arrival
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 PM day of departure
Any damage to facilities will result in appropriate additional fees.
FACILITY RULES:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the facility
- No pets allowed inside the facility
- Park in designated parking areas only
- Keep facility and grounds clean and in an orderlymanner
- Benton County Conservation is not responsiblefor lost or stolen items
- All visitors must depart the area by parkclosing time (10:00 PM)
- Do not exceed maximum occupancy
- Removal or defacing of county owned property mayresult in legal action
- Benton County Conservation has the right torefuse service to anyone not adhering to park rules
- Benton County Conservation has a carry-in,carry-out policy.
- Renters need to remove all refuse and place in properreceptacles. If a receptacle is not provided, you must take refuse with you.
- Do not clean fish or game inside of the facility
- Facility contents must stay inside at all times
- Amplified sounds are allowed but not to disturbother park users
Directional signs and decorations:
Temporary, freestanding directional signs are not allowed to be attached topark furniture, signs posts, or other facilities. Decorations are allowed aslong as they are free standing or not affixed in a manner that would damage afacility or any painted walls. All temporarysigns and decorations must be removed upon departure. Existing facility decorations cannot beremoved.
Special Requests:
Certain activities or items require that you request and obtain specialpermission from the Park Ranger in advance to your events. This includes butnot limited to the following: horse activities, erection of special tents,inflatable play equipment, hog roasts, etc.
CHECK OUT/CLEAN-UP:
You are required to clean up the facility and grounds and return them tothe condition you received them. Plan to have your facility cleaned and peopledeparted prior to your scheduled checkout time. A cleaning fee of $50 per hourwill be charged if the facility is not left in the condition you received it.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please consider this policy prior to purchasing yourfacility reservation. Should you chooseto cancel a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Cancellations cannot be done online and must be made bycalling or emailing the BCC office at: 319-472-4942. If a facility reservation is cancelled by BCC due toa natural disaster or if the facility is unusable, a full refund will be issuedto the person that made the original reservation.
REFUNDS
Understand at the time ofbooking your reservation that you immediately prohibit other people fromreserving and utilizing that facility – they therefore go elsewhere tolocate a facility for that date. If a facility reservation is cancelled by BCC due toa natural disaster or if the facility is unusable, a full refund will be issuedto the person that made the original reservation. A refund will not be issued for unfavorable weather conditions.
