Yoga in the Park: New Year Yoga Nidra


Event Summary

Start off the New Year with some gentle movement (15-20 minutes) and a beautiful guided meditation in which you will set a Sankulpa (deep intention) for the coming months. Yoga Nidra is a type of yogic sleep in which you will be guided into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. This class is live and in person in the community room.
