Sound Bathing - Healing through Sound

Event Summary

While sound has fascinated humans for millennia, auditory experiences will strike new chords in the world of well-being in 2023. Sound bathing is an ancient healing technique that is gaining popularity...and we've got another sound bathing program planned with certified sound therapist Collette Ellison of Heart Wide Open, right here at Hartman Reserve. Collette uses crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments to send sound waves throughout your body as you relax in the Community Room at Hartman Reserve. Sound waves are thought to bring harmony through oscillation and resonance, and help restore the body's balance.  Past attendees report that the experience has lasting effects and is quite enjoyable!
