Picnic in the Park July 16 

Noon at Cedar Bend  

Despite hectic schedules, parents need to make time to be outdoors with their children.  Bremer County is continuing a popular new program this summer.    These classes will be held at Cedar Bend Park’s amphitheater in NW Waverly.  Children ages 1 and up are encouraged to attend with a parent or grandparent.    Participants will begin with lunch, have a short story and a nature activity.  Please bring your own lunch and blanket.   Materials will need to be prepared ahead so you must register for this class by calling Heather Gamm at 319-231-9640 or email at conservation@butler-bremer.com.
