Go WILD in Buchanan County

Event Summary

Go WILD - in Buchanan County is an exciting way to explore Buchanan County public spaces and attractions.  Taking place from April 1 - 30, Go WILD is a scavenger hunt style program.  Participants will work to find 12 native animal metal cut-outs located at different attractions.  

At each location a QR Code will need to be scanned, fill out a short form, and upload your fun photo with the animal! The photos might be posted on Buchanan County Tourism's Facebook page. If you participate and fill out the form, your name will get entered for one of twelve metal animal cut-outs designed by students. 

Students from East Buchanan, Independence, and Jesup Community School districts designed the cut-outs.  Participants can get a list of all the locations by scanning the QR Code.
