OWLS - Fen Walk and Talk

Event Summary

OWLS is a program specifically designed for adults to learn and explore nature in and around Buchanan County.  Join a Buchanan County naturalist to learn about wetlands.  The OWLS group will have an opportunity to explore in a rare type of wetland known as a fen.  While exploring through the fen the group may see fringed gentians, turtleheads, riddles goldenrod, and many more.  Please be sure to bring waterproof boots because there will be a chance it may be wet.
