Monarch butterflies are the most recognizable pollinator in this area, and their numbers are declining each year. But you can help save this iconic butterfly. Buena Vista County Conservation is hosting a class about Raising Monarch Butterflies on Thursday, July 26 at 7 p.m. in the South Shelter House at the Buena Vista County Conservation Park. The information will included an introduction to raising monarch caterpillars and the supplies needed, food sources, diseases, lifecycles, and more.
