The Shell Rock Recreation Area shelter house is a 20' x 65' open shelter with picnic tables and a stone fireplace. This is the perfect location for a family get-together, graduation party or other group gathering.

Location The Shell Rock Recreation Area is accessed from turning off of State Highway 3 onto 220th Street, then immediately left on Willow Avenue. Willow Avenue will turn into West Main Street and the park will be on the north side of the road.

Shell Rock Park is open 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily.

Camping, shelters, electrical service and flush toilet facilities are available seasonally.
