University 40
University 40 is a popular destination for Calhoun County visitors due to its diverse offerings. Situated on forty acres south of Lohrville along Cedar Creek, this park features two shelter houses, three vault toilets, a playground, a small camping cabin, and ample hiking space. In 2020, an 8-spot campground with full hookups and a shower house was added to enhance the park's amenities. Additionally, visitors can explore a lovely prairie with native plants and a small pond where Cedar Creek meets the park's eastern edge.
