Riverside Park
Riverside Park near Coon Rapids, Iowa is managed by the Carroll County Conservation Board. The beautiful Riverside Park provides miles of trails that follow the Middle Raccoon River. Kayak and Canoeing the river is a popular summertime activity. Just up the road is the Riverside Park campground.
The campground is self-registration and on a first-come, first-serve basis, you are required to register the day you arrive and have your camping receipt posted at your campsite. There are 20 electric sites available for RV camping, each site has their own electric and water connections. Tent camping is also available. There is a shower house and dump station located in the campground. We do not take reservation for any of Carroll County Conservation Board campgrounds.

$18.00 per night Electric and Water hook-up
$10.00 per night Tent camping
There is a 3 mile paved walking, hiking, or biking trail near the campground. The shelter house located within the Riverside Park can be used on a first-come, first-serve basis - we do not take reservation for the shelter.

Operating Hours & Seasons
Riverside Park Campground is open mid-April through mid-October, weather permitting.
