Event Summary
View our wintering site for Iowa's Trumpeter Swans. Presentations about the swans will be every half hour, with the last one at 2 PM. There will also be time to view the swans through spotting scopes and witness random swan feeding sessions. In case of no swans or bad weather: it will be held at Atlantic Public Library's Community Room from 12:00- 1:00 PM. Hot chocolate, cookies, grilled hotdogs, and other snacks will be provided free of charge with donations being accepted (for swan care). The Schildberg Quarry is located on the northwest edge of Atlantic, on the north side of Highway 83.
