Event Summary
Monarch populations are 90% lower than they were in the ‘90’s. Honeybees are struggling, as are many of Iowa’s pollinators. But we CAN do something about it. Join us for a bowl of chili and learn about the Lime Creek Nature Center’s Monarch Mania! program. You will be provided with all of the information you need to create a garden (large or small) that will benefit monarchs and other pollinators. There will be a free packet of pollinator seed for all participants. Help us get 50 local gardens registered for 2016! Free for nature center members; $5 for non-members.
