Truax Native Grass Drill $25/acre ($250 minimum)

  • 8-ft. planting width (12 row, 8" spacing)
  • 3 seed hoppers specialize in small seed, large fluffy seed, or large heavy seeds
  • Designed for interseeding into existing cover or untilled cropland, but not cornstalks
  • REQUIREMENTS- Min. 65 HP tractor, 4 hydraulic hook-ups

Dew Drop Seeder $25/acre ($100 minimum)

  • 4-ft. spreading width
  • 2 seed boxes specialize in small, heavy seeds and light, fluffy seeds
  • Designed for untilled or tilled disturbed ground, not existing turf and best in smaller areas where tractor access is limited
  • Best for native seedings (pasture and lawn mixes are not recommended)
  • REQUIREMENTS- ATV/UTV with 1 7/8" ball hitch

Vicon Pendulum Spreader $25/acre ($100 minimum)

  • Spreading width is approx. 20-30 ft. and capacity is 400 gallons
  • Best used for native seedings in cultivated ground
  • REQUIREMENTS- Utility or large tractor with 3-pt. hydraulic hitch and PTO

Tree & Shrub Planters $15/day (no minimum)

  • 3-pt. mounted
  • Designed for a rider to be pulled behind a tractor, inserting bare-root trees/shrubs into a furrow that is tilled open and pressed closed by the planter
  • REQUIREMENTS- 2 people, 60 HP min. tractor with Cat. I or II 3-pt
