Holiday Walk - Old Towne Osborne

Event Summary

Take a trip back in time through the old town of Osborne, Iowa for this year’s Holiday Walk hosted by Clayton County Conservation. Visitors will take a walk through the pioneer village and encounter some of Osborne’s oldest residents to hear how they’re spending their holidays.  

Walks will start every 20 minutes and last approximately 30 minutes.  Activities will take place outdoors, so dress for the weather. This fun, family-friendly event is free, but a donation of bird feed such as thistle and black oil sunflower seeds is requested. Reservations are required. Please call 563-245-1516.

The Osborne Center is located in Highway 13, ten miles north of Strawberry Point or five miles south of Elkader.  The center winter hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
