Osborne Campsite 12
Each campsite has a gravel pad, water & electric hookup, fire pit, and picnic table. There is a dump-station located at the entrance to the campground.
This campground has 20 sites for camping trailers. See map for locations. Sites 1-14 are pull-through, 15-20 are back-in.
Check availability of each site the on the reservation calendar. You can reserve a campsite in advance as well as at the location.
These are not permanent sites. Max stay at the campground is 14 days.
Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 03:00 PM and check-out is before 03:00 PM.
Location
This campground is located within Osborne Park. You will enter through the main park entrance and use the campground road that takes you south of the native animal exhibit.

Each campsite has a gravel pad, electric & water hookup, fire-pit and picnic table. A shower house is located within the campground. There is a dump station located within the campground. Trash needs to be removed and left in the dumpsters located near the Osborne Maintenance shop.
Located within Osborne Park is an Iowa Welcome Center, Nature Center, Native Animal Exhibit, Pioneer Village, gift shop, disc golf course, archery course, shelter houses, and multiple trails. You will also find the Volga River runs through the park which is great for fishing and floating. There is also a fully stocked fishing pond open to the public. All of Osborne Park is open to the pubic and free to visit.
Fees
The campsites with water and electric at Osborne are $25/night.
Holidays require a three night minimum stay.
This is a cash-less campground. Reservations must be made on this site.
All reservations with the Clayton County Conservation Board and the $4 Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Hours of Operation & Seasons
Parks are open to the public from 6:00am-10:30pm
All registered campers may check-in at 3:00pm and must check-out by 3:00pm

Clayton County Conservation is located in NE Iowa along the east coast of Iowa. We manage 17 individual park areas that total almost 1400 acres, including the Osborne Conservation Center- a Welcome Center of Iowa, where the Conservation Department's offices are located.
