This shelter may be reserved year round. Parks close at 10:30pm.
Reservations may be made by telephone, in person, by mail, e-mail, or online with the My County Parks reservation system.
The fee for Turkey River Park Shelter is $20 for half day use or $40 for a full days use. If alcohol is on-site, a $100 alcohol use guarantee deposit must be paid by separate check. This deposit will be refunded providing no problems result due to the presence of alcohol. All receipts must be in the possession of the "responsible person" during the event and made available to the Park Ranger upon request.
Please fill out and return the rental agreement form by email, fax, or mail.If your event requires a deposit your check must be to the CCCB prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICYConsider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.
Should you choose to cancel a reservation with the Clayton County Conservation Board, you will forfeit 100% of all reservation fees paid. Please call the Clayton County Conservation Office 563.245.1516 to cancel your reservation.
Please understand at the time of booking your reservation you immediately prohibit other people from reserving and utilizing that campsite; therefore, they will go elsewhere to locate a facility for that date.
Name of person on the reservation will be the only person who can cancel a facility reservation. All cancellations of a reservation cannot be done online and must be made by calling 563.245.1516
If a facility reservation is cancelled by Clayton County Conservation Board due to a natural disaster or if by some means the facility is unusable, a refund will be issued to the person that made the original reservation upon request to the Clayton County Conservation Board.
REFUND POLICYConsider this policy prior to purchasing a reservation.
All reservations with the Clayton County Conservation Board and the $4 Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Clayton County Conservation Board is unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your reservation(s) a refund will be issued upon request.
