Event Summary
The event for April 4th has been postponed to Monday, April 11th. ~ Night-time Prairie Burn ~ 8 PM ~ Manikowski Prairie, Goose Lake ~ Clinton County Conservation's Prescribed Burn Team will light up the night during this educational program. Fire is a natural part of a prairie’s life cycle. Along with a spectacular show, the team of trained staff will explain the how, why and when of prairie burns. We will meet at the south entrance to the prairie located just north US 136 in Goose Lake on 370th Street right behind the High School. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.
