Event Summary

We will transport participants on an all-day adventure! We will meet at Clinton County Conservation Headquarters, Grand Mound for the 7 AM departure. We will get a special tour of the International Crane Foundation followed by lunch (bring a sack lunch) in the picnic shelter. Then on to Devil’s Lake State Park for hiking and exploring the trails of this geologic wonder with a park naturalist. There will be a choice of hikes offered, easy and difficult, so don’t let that scare you off. On the way back home we will stop for pizza (included). A long, but great, day! Sponsored by the Mississippi River Eco Tourism Center. Space is limited​. We must have a minimum of 13 participants. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
