Join us for a peaceful morning of outdoor yoga with local yoga instructor, Deb Sandholdt, who is an RYT 200 yoga teacher. This is an all-levels class focusing on building strength and flexibility. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible, if you do not have one, please include that when registering and we will provide you one. Space is limited and pre-registration is required by texting/calling 563-349-0956 to sign-up. The fee for this class is $15/participant and can be paid the day of via cash/Venmo.
