Event Summary

Ever ask yourself what the monarch tagging program is all about? Why the big deal? Aren’t monarchs just bugs? Join us for this monarch miracles program and you will never again look at this bug without an immense sense of wonder. We will gather in the prairie at Hanging Rock and examine the miracles associated with this bug’s 1500 mile migration to central Mexico. Be careful, attendance of this program is likely to result in your ending up in a September prairie at Kuehn, bug net and tag in hand, chasing a flying orange and black miracle.
