Nite Hike

Event Summary

Explore the wilds of Dallas County’s prairie, woodland and sky by night instead of day. This is not your typical hike as your light will be the stars and your music will be nocturnal birds and insects. Come discover what animals are active at night, how a prairie and woodland sounds different at night, and what constellations are over your head at this time of year. This program is weather dependent. Registration is required.
