Sportsman Park offers a variety of camping experiences:
10 campsites with electrical outlets, that are first-come/first-serve or reservable
5 primitive tent sites

Dawson, Iowa 50066 

• In Dawson, follow Railroad Ave east approximately ¾ mile.
• Railroad Ave becomes 130th St as it curves north.
• In about ¼ mile, the road curves east again. At that bend, the entrance gate is on the left.

Hours

• May –October, Sportsman Park is open 8am-10pm. Restrooms are open.
  November-April, Sportsman Park is open 8am-5pm. Restrooms are closed.
• Sportsman Park campsites are available for rent year-round.
  Restrooms and showerhouse are open May-October; they are closed November-April.
• Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 3:00pm.
