Kobville Shelter
Kobville Park has a small shelter that overlooks a native prairie and oak savanna area. There is a small grill located near the shelter for cooking. This shelter can be used at a first come, first served basis.
Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 05:00 AM and check-out is before 10:30 PM.

The Decatur County Conservation Board is located in south central Iowa along the Missouri border and is home to the Little River Recreation Area - jointly managed by the Decatur County Conservation Board and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. The 2,200 acre Little River Recreation Area offers something for everyone. Little River Lake (787 acres) provides excellent fishing and pleasure boating, while the surrounding area provides some hunting opportunities for deer, turkey, and pheasants, cross-country skiing, and hiking.
