    SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION, YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% OF ALL RESERVATION FEES PAID. Please call the Des Moines County Conservation Board Office at (319) 753-8260 to cancel your reservation.

    Refund Policy

    All reservations with Des Moines County Conservation Board facilities are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. If the Des Moines County Conservation Board is unable to provide your facility (or like facility) in operable condition for the date of your event, however, a full refund will be issued.

    Sycamore Loop Shelter House is located just east of the town of Augusta, on Skunk River Rd. about 3/4 mile ​East of Maple Loop.

    Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 06:00 AM and check-out is before 10:30 PM.

    Location

    Google Map - Turn West on Skunk River Road off of Highway 61 South of Burlington. The ?Sycamore Loop is approximately 3.5 miles from the highway.

    The Sycamore Loop shelter house is centrally located in the campground and features a grill and nearby horseshoe pit and volleyball court. It can hold 6-8 picnic tables.
