Iowa Junior Duck Stamp winners exhibit

Event Summary

The 2015 Iowa Junior Duck Stamp Contest winners will be on display from September 1-30 at the Dickinson County Nature Center. Visit the nature center to see some amazing artwork from students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The exhibit includes 36 pieces of artwork of Iowa’s first, second, and third place winners. Rae Clinkenbeard, a 16-year-old from Denison, was awarded the 2015 Iowa Best of Show winner. Rae’s entry was a mallard pair done in pastels. Her original artwork was sent to Washington, D.C. to participate in the national contest and is now traveling the United States as part of the best of show winners from all 50 states.
