Event Summary

Let you inner child loose at our adult outdoor play day! Try out stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and yoga, all while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Mud Lake Park and the Mississippi River! Experts will lead you through each session and dinner will be provided afterwards.This program is made possible through Swiss Valley Nature Center, Big River SUP, and Ignite Power Yoga Studio! Cost is $30/person. Ages 16 and up.
