• Reservations must be made 5 days prior to date.
• The person responsible for the rental must be at least 21 years of age.
• A damage deposit of $100 is due two weeks prior to your stay. The deposit must be mailed to Floyd County Conservation P.O. Box 495 Rockford Iowa 50468. The deposit will be shredded if there are not issues with damages, clean up, late departure, and other rules & regulations are followed.
• Check in time: 8 a.m.
• Check out time: 10:30 p.m.
• Maximum number of occupants is 55 people.
• Non-registered guests must leave by 10:30 p.m.
• Quiet hours are from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Pets are allowed although they must be a on leash.
• No smoking allowed in picnic shelters.• All trash must be placed outside or taken with you.
• RV’s, pop-ups, 5th wheels and tents must use regular campground sites.
• Temporary free-standing signs are allowed. Signs are not to be attached to furniture, sign posts, kiosks, or facilities.
• All rules and regulations of the Floyd County Conservation Board are in effect. Failure to abide by rules may result in expulsion and forfeiture of all rental fees.
All reservations with Floyd County Conservation facilities are final. Reservations are non-refundable, unless the following situations occur:
o Accident, serious injury, death in immediate family
o The National Weather Service has issued severe weather and/or travel conditions.
o We are unable to provide your facility in operable condition for the date of your event.
o Military deployment.
All requests for refunds must be made by calling the Floyd County Conservation office at 641-756-3490.
