Fireside Chat at Camp WaNoKi / Primitive Weapons / Atlatl, Tomahawk & Bow Arrow

Event Summary

We will have fireside discussion of primitive weapons of the past and then go try some safe target practice. We will discuss the basics of these primitive weapons and how they were used in the past and still today.

 We will safely practice using these primitive weapons with two County Conservation Naturalists supervising the session. We will be shooting at targets and try to improve our accuracy. 

 This is a joint program between the Webster and Hamilton County Conservation Boards. 

Camp WaNoKi is managed by Webster County Conservation Board.
