Fireside Chat at Camp WaNoKi Lyme Disease Talk & Morel Mushroom Hunt

Event Summary
Don't let the elusive deer tick spoil your spirit of adventure. Learn some preventative measures to enhance your hikes in the outdoors. Participants will hear personal testimonies from people who had Lyme Disease or are still dealing with the precarious symptoms. An optional guided hike will be offered in search of morel mushrooms during the second hour of the fireside chat. On the hike we will put the tips into practice on how to avoid deer ticks and possible Lyme Disease transmission. This is a joint program between Webster and Hamilton County Conservation.
