Dutch Oven Gathering Potluck

Event Summary

We are having a Dutch Oven Gathering Potluck for anyone who enjoys cooking outdoors with a Dutch oven. Dutch oven cooking was a life skill that pioneers experienced to survive and today people enjoy it as a hobby. Maybe you have always wondered how to cook with a Dutch Oven? Join our County Naturalist  at the Outback Area behind our Conservation Office as we cook over campfires or use charcoal to make a potluck meal. We will enjoy the meal outside together in lawn chairs or at tables in the Conservation Office Display Room. Remember to bring your lawn chair, Dutch oven, cookware, food, and recipes to share with others. We will have some recipes to share and can make copies of yours to share. We will have some paper plates and plasticware but feel free to bring your plate and silverware to our potluck. This program has a  limit of 60 people so be sure to register online.
