Campground Rules & Regulations: 

• 14-day
  camping limit.


• 
  Only
  one camper per receptacle.


• 
  Most electrical boxes are
  set up for one receptacle (30-amp or 50-amp) and a GFI 110-amp receptacle. Only
  one (30-amp or 50-amp) hook-up per electrical box. No adapters or extension
  cords are allowed. The RV cord should be checked to be sure that it is in good
  working order. Anyone hooking up to an electrical box in a manor other than
  stated above, resulting in damage to county property, will be charged for the
  repairs.


• 
  Tents
  – Will be charged individually, no group rates. No more than three tents on a
  site. Tents using electricity will be charged the amp rate.  One tent will be allowed free of charge with a
  RV if occupants are 16 years old or younger.


• 
  Campsites
  are to be kept clean and neat.
  


• 
  Doormats
  on grass should be taken up after 4 days.


• 
  Use
  provided dumpsters to discard trash. Please do not burn garbage or cans in fire
  rings.
  


• 
  Dogs
  must be kept on leash, with no exceptions.


• 
  All
  campers shall maintain quiet and avoid excessive noise in the campgrounds
  between the hours of 10:30 pm – 6 am. All visitors (other than registered overnight campers) must depart the area by park closing time, 10:30 PM.


• 
  Possession
  of beer restricted per Hardin County Conservation Park Regulations will be
  enforced. No
  keg beer.


• No
  illegal fireworks.
  


• 
  All
  other Park Regulations adopted by the Hardin County Conservation Board may be
  strictly enforced if necessary.

• NO REFUND. Please understand that the time of booking your reservation, you immediately prohibit other people from reserving & utilizing this facility. 


• If you need to cancel and reschedule your reservation, you must contact us 15 days in advance of your rental date by calling 641-648-4361 or emailing conservationhq@hardincountyia.gov.


• If you contact us less than 15 days in advance, you will forfeit 100% of your reservation and not be allowed to reschedule. 


• If you contact us within 15 days of your reservation, a promotional code will be issued to use for your future online reservation. You will have one opportunity to reschedule within 12 months of the original reservation date with this code.


• Cancellations will NOT be allowed for extreme temperature changes or inclement weather.

Refunds may be issued for the following reasons and be approved on a case-by-case basis:

• Accident, serious injury or death of an immediate family member. 


• We are unable to
  provide your campsite (or like campsite) due to catastrophic natural causes or the site is not in a operable condition.
